Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this rigorous professional journey, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Male candidates, maximum 25 years of age.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Maintain a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Demonstrate complete flexibility regarding national placement across all operational regions in Indonesia.
* Willingness to reside in company-provided lodging (mess) throughout the training period.
* Commit to a mandatory two-year official service bond upon program completion.
* Must be physically and mentally healthy, with a strict requirement of no color blindness.
* Ready to commit fully to an intensive training schedule.
