Core Responsibilities
* In-Process Monitoring: Conducting rigorous quality inspections throughout the filling and packing phases.
* Compliance Verification: Ensuring all labels, coding, and packaging materials align with our quality specifications.
* Package Testing: Performing technical evaluations of packaging integrity to ensure product safety.
* Quality Reporting: Documenting accurate, real-time quality records during the production cycle.
* Decision Making: Determining the status of products based on analytical findings to maintain consistency.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a vocational degree (SMK) in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance protocols.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate laboratory measuring instruments, such as analytical balances, vacuum testing equipment, and vernier calipers.
* Data Analysis: Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, specifically the use of control charts to monitor volume consistency.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high sensory acuity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
