## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at Agrinesia, you will play a vital frontline role in bringing our signature cakes and culinary products to life. Your daily efforts will ensure that millions of consumers continue to enjoy the high-quality treats they know and love.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
* End-to-End Manufacturing: Manage the complete cake production cycle, starting from raw ingredient preparation all the way to the final packaging stage.
* Operational Execution: Follow direct instructions and daily workflows provided by the Team Leader, while strictly maintaining the 5R workplace organization standards (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke).
* Efficiency and Precision: Execute all manufacturing tasks with high speed, absolute accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail, strictly adhering to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate or equivalent (SLTA / SMA / SMK).
* Age Limit: Between 18 and 25 years old.
