As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team through our Supervisor Development Program (SVDP).
## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The SVDP is a strategic initiative designed to cultivate future leaders who will ensure operational excellence across our manufacturing floors. As a supervisor, your primary mandate is to bridge the gap between planning and execution. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Managing and monitoring daily production output throughout your designated shift to ensure all targets are met in accordance with the master production plan.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, investigating root causes for production defects, and minimizing waste to maintain high efficiency.
* Safety and Standards Implementation: Directing and monitoring adherence to safety protocols and championing 5S workplace organizational activities throughout your shift.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated professionals who possess both the technical foundation and the leadership potential to drive our production teams forward. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be given priority.
* Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead team members effectively and communicate complex instructions clearly across different levels of the organization.
* Flexibility and Location: Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Tangerang region. You must also be prepared to work in a rotating shift system.
