## Job Overview: Project Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join our operations hub in Cikarang. In this role, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our project execution teams, ensuring seamless communication, precise documentation, and timely delivery of our solar initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of administrative and coordination tasks. Your primary duties will include:
* Data Management: Oversee, collect, and maintain comprehensive project data sets with absolute accuracy.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare essential project documents, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and detailed project financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with external partners, clients, and relevant departments.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on overall project advancement and material delivery schedules to guarantee all deliverables align with stringent quality requirements.
