## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
As our Workshop Head, you will be the driving force behind our maintenance operations, ensuring that all heavy equipment and fleet vehicles operate at peak efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a workshop or handling fleet maintenance.
* Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols, as well as advanced vehicle and equipment troubleshooting.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of skilled mechanics.
* Safety & Administration: Strong grasp of occupational health and safety standards (K3) alongside maintenance administration practices.
* Operational Competency: Capable of driving and operating commercial trucks with a solid understanding of fundamental operational mechanics.
* Personal Traits: Highly analytical, disciplined, results-driven, and willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanic to keep our heavy-duty fleet running smoothly. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain our heavy vehicle inventory to minimize downtime on critical projects.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated experience working as a mechanic for heavy-duty vehicles, specifically Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical failures, executing repairs, and accurately identifying spare part requirements.
* Tool Handling: Skilled in utilizing professional hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized workshop machinery.
* Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (K3) and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE/APD) protocols.
