* General Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Communication, Economics, Sharia Banking, Accounting, Management, or Secretarial studies. Candidates must hold a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00) from an institution with at least a 'B' accreditation.
* Experience: At least one year of experience as a Teller or Customer Service representative in the banking sector is highly preferred.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong English communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Consumer Account Officer
Focusing on consumer-based financial solutions, this role requires a candidate who is driven by targets and relationship management.
* General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Sharia Banking, Accounting, Communication, or Marketing Management. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00) with a 'B' institutional accreditation.
* Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity within the banking industry.
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent persuasive capabilities, and a deep understanding of Sharia banking products.
3. Retail / Commercial Account Officer
This position involves managing complex commercial portfolios and driving revenue growth through strategic business outreach.
* General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in related fields such as Economics, Sharia Banking, Accounting, Communication, or Marketing Management, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00) and 'B' accreditation.
* Experience: Proven track record of at least one year working as a Retail or Commercial Account Officer in a banking environment.
* Skills: Ability to provide tailored financial solutions to clients, expert time management, and a high level of precision in daily operations.
