Core Responsibilities
Strategic Product Development: Create and execute roadmaps for gold-based products, including gold pawning (rahn*), gold installment plans, and bullion banking.
* Business Growth & Sales: Forge strategic alliances with fintech firms, marketplaces, and retail gold networks while leveraging digital channels like the bank’s SuperApp.
* Operational Risk Oversight: Ensure all gold appraisal, storage, and transaction processes adhere to OJK regulations and DSN-MUI fatwas.

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Sharia, or Industrial Engineering.
