Qualification Requirements
The recruitment process is divided into two primary categories. All applicants must be female, at least 160 cm tall with proportional weight, possess a clean bill of health, and have no history of color blindness. Additionally, candidates must have received at least the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and maintain a professional appearance—specifically, no braces or acne.
1. Initial Flight Attendant (Fresh Graduate)
* No prior experience as a flight attendant required.
* Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), with preference given to D3 degree holders or higher.
* Desirable: TOEIC score of 300.
* Traits: Energetic, honest, collaborative, and service-oriented.
2. Experienced Flight Attendant
* Must provide valid proof of FAC (Flight Attendant Certificate) for Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
* Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), with preference given to D3 degree holders or higher.
* Desirable: TOEIC score of 300.
* Traits: Proven experience, friendly, professional, and a team player.
