## Comprehensive Candidate Qualifications

Academic Requirements by Position
* For PPKA (Role 1): Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Railway Transport Management, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.
* For TPJKA - JJB (Role 2): Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Building Technology, Railway Tracks, or Civil Engineering.
* For TPJKA - STL (Role 3): Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Railway Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering (Weak Current).
Preferred Competencies and Certifications
* Position 1: Possession of a valid Railway Human Resources Competency Certificate (Smartcard) for PPKA is highly preferred.
* Position 2 & 3: Possession of a valid Railway Human Resources Competency Certificate (Smartcard) for Maintainer/Inspector is a strong advantage.
* Position 2: Holding a Surveyor certificate and demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD software will be prioritized during the selection process.
