## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently recruiting across five major divisions to strengthen our operations.
1. Hatchery Division (Nationwide Placement)
This division focuses on the critical early stages of aquaculture life cycles.
* Roles: Water Treatment & Engineering, Civil & Project Hatchery, Fish Breeding Supervisor (requires 3+ years experience), Biofeed/Algae Staff, Mechanical & Electrical Staff, and MNPD Hatchery Staff.
* General Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Biology, Engineering, or relevant fields. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Manufacturing Division (Various Locations)
Positions are available in Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Kendal, Cikampek, Medan, and Lampung.
* Roles: Mechanical, Warehouse, Maintenance Planner, Electrical, QC, and Production Supervisors, plus Production Operators.
* Key Requirements: Proficiency in TPM, PLC, WMS, or OEE is highly valued. Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred for supervisory roles, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Technology Division (Tangerang & Sidoarjo)
Driven by research, this team pushes the boundaries of aquaculture science.
* Roles: Vaccine Development Specialist and R&D Raw Material Specialist.
* Requirements: Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or Biotechnology. Strong data analysis and technical expertise are required.
4. Support Division (Jakarta Selatan & Lumajang)
The backbone of our corporate efficiency.
* Roles: SAP SCM Consultants, Odoo Developers, and Finance & Accounting Staff.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant professional field.
5. Sales Division (Nationwide Placement)
Expanding our reach and building relationships with partners globally.
* Roles: Area Sales Supervisor (Food), Technical Sales (Feed), and Key Account Executive.
* Requirements: Target-oriented individuals with strong negotiation skills. Experience in Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), or HORECA is an advantage.
