## Position Overview: Organizational & People Development
The Organizational & People Development Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the News and Programming Directorates. In this position, you will bridge strategic organizational goals with day-to-day workforce capability. You will help build structured performance tracking systems, design customized learning initiatives, and align team structures to meet business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Management Oversight: Track and refine evaluation frameworks specifically tailored for the News and Programming Directorates to maintain high operational efficiency.
* KPI Strategy & Alignment: Partner directly with Department Heads to formulate actionable, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that match corporate objectives.
* Organizational Design & Optimization: Review, build, and adapt organizational structures to support evolving business models and shifting media market landscapes.
* Targeted Employee Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to conceptualize, deploy, and evaluate targeted employee growth and engagement programs.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with diverse divisions to seamlessly integrate broader talent management and cultural transformation projects.
## Qualification Requirements

Mandatory Criteria
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
* Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of one (1) year of practical experience serving as a Training Specialist or in a specialized Learning & Development (L&D) capacity.
* Instructional Design Skills: Demonstrate solid knowledge of conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) alongside building end-to-end learning courses.
* Organizational Expertise: Demonstrate an understanding of corporate culture, organizational behavior principles, and leadership development frameworks.
* Technical Skills: Display advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to create training materials and present analytical data clearly.
* Analytical Mindset: Possess a data-driven approach to evaluating educational outcomes and turning metrics into strategic HR actions.
* Communication & Facilitation: Maintain excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, complemented by strong group facilitation skills for engaging internal stakeholders.
