## The Graduate Trainee Experience
Our 24-month, full-time Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of our business ecosystem. You will rotate across core departments—including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales—to gain a 360-degree perspective of how we bring science to market.
Core Responsibilities
Throughout your tenure, you will engage in a variety of high-impact tasks:
* Cross-Functional Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in R&T applications, marketing strategy, and commercial sales processes.
* Technical Mastery: Learn from industry experts across the region regarding the chemistry and technology underpinning personal care and cosmetics.

Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum GPA of 3.20 (for Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (for Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
