## Position Overview: Registration Staff
As a Registration Staff member at PT. Derma Elok Farma, you will serve as the vital bridge between our product development initiatives and regulatory compliance. Your primary objective will be ensuring that all manufactured cosmetics seamlessly meet national regulatory standards before reaching consumers.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be entrusted with managing the lifecycle of product compliance documentation. Your daily tasks will encompass:
* Documentation Preparation: Compile, review, and organize comprehensive registration dossiers for newly developed cosmetic formulations, product renewals, and variation submissions.
* Regulatory Submission: Navigate and submit all necessary compliance paperwork to the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) in strict adherence to current legal frameworks and guidelines.
* Archiving and Record Management: Maintain an impeccably organized, secure, and easily accessible digital and physical archive of all successfully registered product documents.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who brings both technical expertise and industry familiarity to our Tangerang facility. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience working in a registration or regulatory role specifically within the cosmetic manufacturing sector.
* Regulatory Proficiency: Demonstrated, practical familiarity with processing and securing product registration letters and approvals directly through BPOM systems.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates residing in Tangerang and surrounding areas will be given primary consideration.
* Halal Assurance Knowledge: A solid understanding of Halal certification protocols and assurance systems within the cosmetic industry will serve as a distinct competitive advantage.
