## Graduate Trainee Batch 5: Plantation & Nursery

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Professional Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; individuals with up to 1 year of experience are also eligible.
* Current Status: Candidates must not be currently enrolled in any academic programs.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in the operational areas of West Kalimantan.
* Leadership & Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential via campus or community involvement, paired with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
