Eni is seeking talented, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following roles to help drive the company’s success in the regional energy market.
1. Senior Legal Counsel
Reporting to the Legal Manager of Operations, the Senior Legal Counsel provides vital legal support across the organization’s procurement, project, and base business operations.
* Negotiate and prepare complex contracts, including drilling, marine charters, FEED, EPCI, O&M, and facility sharing agreements.
* Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, including PTK-007, and internal company policies.
* Manage legal disputes and claims, coordinating with external counsel to protect the company’s interests.
* Monitor legislative changes and provide proactive guidance to leadership regarding the impact of new regulations.
* Represent the Legal department within internal tender committees.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional legal experience, preferably as in-house counsel in the oil and gas sector or at a reputable law firm.
* Certification in PTK-007 (Upstream Oil and Gas Procurement) and PERADI membership is an advantage.
* Exceptional ability to identify sensitive legal risks and provide proactive, solution-oriented counsel.
* Professional fluency in English with high-level legal drafting skills.
2. Project Officer
The Project Officer will support the establishment of a new entity focused on agricultural activities and carbon offset production, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
* Drive the development and promotion of agribusiness and carbon offset initiatives.
* Manage relationships with agricultural counterparts and key local stakeholders.
* Oversee supply chain logistics for bio-feedstock to ensure consistent production requirements.
* Prepare documentation for stakeholder agreements and manage formal partnerships.
* Act as a mentee to gain deep insights into the company’s evolving carbon and agribusiness strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in agribusiness, feedstock, or the oil and gas industry.
* Strong understanding of HSE guidelines, commissioning, and project start-up protocols.
* Excellent data-driven communication and influencing skills.
* High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
