1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administrator plays a critical role in securing new projects by managing the complex documentation and submission lifecycle.
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents to meet project-specific requirements.
* Coordinate across internal departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
* Manage the timely submission of proposals in strict compliance with procedural guidelines.
* Monitor and follow up on tender status updates.
* Maintain an organized database of tender information and project leads.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any discipline.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within fabrication, construction, or the oil and gas industry.
* Strong understanding of tender processes, legal documentation, and contractual obligations.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Management Representative (MR)
The Management Representative is responsible for maintaining and improving our corporate management systems to ensure we remain at the forefront of quality, health, and environmental compliance.
* Oversee the implementation and development of corporate management systems.
* Manage the lifecycle of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Serve as the primary liaison between executive management and external auditors/certification bodies.
* Execute internal audits and monitor corrective actions for continuous improvement.
* Ensure full company compliance with quality, safety (K3), and environmental regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an MR, QHSE professional, or ISO systems expert.
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in the fabrication, construction, EPC, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
