## 1. Warehouse Operator
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be the backbone of our inventory management and supply chain logistics, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods flow seamlessly through our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA or SMK) graduate.
* At least 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience within the food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
* Must possess an active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) and demonstrate proficiency in operating forklifts or reachtrucks.
* Free from cold-induced allergies and physically resilient enough to work comfortably inside low-temperature environments (Cold Storage).
* Fully committed to working in a rotating 3-shift schedule.

Core Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and manage warehouse operators across a 3-shift rotation, guaranteeing seamless shift handovers and peak operational productivity.
* Direct day-to-day inventory tasks, encompassing material receiving, internal transfers, storage, order picking, and outbound shipping of RMPM.
* Guarantee absolute data accuracy and physical stock alignment through the consistent application of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Rigorously implement FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO inventory methodologies to eliminate material spoilage and curtail operational waste.
* Champion Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and workplace safety rules while supervising material handling equipment operations.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.

* Comprehensive familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems alongside FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO frameworks.
