## Job Position Available: Admin Warehouse
The organization is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Admin Warehouse. The placement for this specific role will be in Serang.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, your daily tasks will revolve around maintaining the seamless flow of goods and ensuring absolute data integrity within the facility. Your core duties will include:
* Overseeing the product receiving process and rigorously verifying that incoming shipments match documentation and quality standards.
* Organizing and executing proper product placement within the facility, strictly adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methodologies.
* Safeguarding inventory accuracy and maintaining optimal stock conditions.
* Recording all incoming and outgoing stock movements to guarantee zero discrepancies between physical inventory and administrative data.
* Conducting routine stock opnames (inventory audits) at scheduled intervals.
* Compiling and presenting comprehensive warehouse operational reports to management on a regular basis.
Candidate Requirements

* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to exceptional fresh graduates, though candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO), alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, meticulous, exceptionally organized, and capable of performing efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team.
* Mobility: Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid driver's license.
