## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high standards of service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following specific requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) for the Admin Warehouse position; minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) for Operator roles.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a relevant field is mandatory for all positions.
* Technical Expertise: Candidates applying for operator roles must possess a valid SIO (Operator License) and a B2 General driving license.
* Specialized Skills: Applicants for the Admin Warehouse position must demonstrate solid experience in Inventory Control.
* Location and Availability: Candidates residing in North Kalimantan (Kaltara) are highly encouraged to apply. All selected personnel must be prepared to work on-site at our project location in Mangkupadi, North Kalimantan.
