Core Responsibilities
* Visitor Relations: Warmly welcome guests and provide proactive solutions to their inquiries or concerns.
* Administrative Support: Manage the daily flow of office communications by receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages.
* Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring accurate routing and professional communication.
* Inquiry Management: Address and resolve queries or complaints received via telephone, email, and general correspondence in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: A Vocational School certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any major; candidates with a background in Hospitality or Tourism are highly preferred.
