## Role Overview: Logistics Operations Analyst
This position is central to the seamless operation of our finished goods distribution center. The successful candidate will manage a high-impact facility featuring 2,200 pallet positions, overseeing a diverse team of six SCJ employees and seven contractors. This role demands a strong quality mindset, a commitment to rigorous compliance auditing, and a drive for continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily domestic deliveries to customers and coordinate the transfer of finished goods to Regional Distribution Centers (RDC).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning teams to ensure flawless execution of monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of warehouse costs and productivity metrics, identifying root causes for discrepancies and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Financial Management: Act as a co-owner of warehouse cost management, proactively identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives.
* Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
* Process Optimization: Manage cycle counting, throughput productivity, and warehouse movement workflows via SAP.
* Team Leadership: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and oversee the professional development of direct reports, aligning individual growth with regional capability programs.
## Required Qualifications and Competencies
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and leadership potential:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field is mandatory.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
3. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment.
4. Employment Status: This is a permanent, full-time position based in Surabaya. Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.
