## Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at PT Kansai Paint Indonesia, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor. Your daily contributions will ensure that our premium automotive, industrial, and decorative paints meet the high standards our customers expect.
Key Duties:
* Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Ensure production targets are met efficiently without compromising safety or product quality.
* Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished paint products.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent) from a recognized institution.
