Program Structure and Evaluation
* Field Training: Direct mentorship from seasoned operational managers.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuous observation by the Plantation Operations and Personnel Training teams.
* Assessments: Periodic examinations and formal presentations to gauge development.
* Service Commitment: Successful graduates will enter a 2.5-year service bond, comprising the initial six-month training period and an 18-month tenure as a full-time assistant.
## Requirements for Prospective Candidates

* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree.
