## Engineering Opportunities
We are seeking visionary engineers to drive operational excellence and technical innovation across our production lines.
1. Lean Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Lead cost-reduction projects using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies; drive organizational manufacturing goals; implement process enhancements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; prior experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing is preferred. Strong project management and change management capabilities are essential.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Design and supervise high-quality line tooling, jigs, and fixtures; lead automation exploration; standardize processes across global sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Strong technical proficiency in machining, fabrication, PLC programming, and technical drawing is required.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Optimize production workflows and workstation layouts; design assembly jigs and fixtures; manage capacity planning and labor-hour calculations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Expertise in AutoCAD, basic automation, and sonic welding is highly valued.

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. Requires 2–3 years of experience and strong proficiency in data analysis tools.
8. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Execute preventive maintenance; manage budgets and spare part inventory; lead technical teams; ensure compliance with EH&S regulations.
