## Current Career Opportunities
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team for projects starting in November 2026. If you possess a strong work ethic and a passion for industrial engineering, we invite you to apply for the following roles.
1. Electrical Technician
Our Electrical Technicians are the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that infrastructure remains safe, compliant, and highly functional.
* Conducting site surveys and diagnostic testing of electrical equipment.
* Documenting comprehensive test results and maintenance logs.
* Ensuring the meticulous care and inventory management of all field tools.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Proficiency in interpreting complex wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams.
* Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels, as well as busbar systems.
* An active K3 Electrical Certification (K3 Listrik) is highly preferred.
* Availability to commence work in November 2026 and flexibility regarding overtime schedules.
2. Automation Technician
The Automation Technician role is designed for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between hardware and software, focusing on control systems that define modern industrial performance.
* Performing technical site surveys and contributing to project planning.
* Managing project execution, including site supervision, programming, testing, and system commissioning.
* Providing detailed reporting on project progress and final outcomes.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* At least 1–2 years of experience as a Field Technician within industrial or manufacturing projects.
* Strong foundational knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Proven ability to perform troubleshooting on motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
* Availability to commence work in November 2026 and flexibility regarding overtime schedules.
