We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Certification Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and maintaining our reputation as a leader in quality assurance.
## Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be an integral part of our business development team, tasked with the following duties:
* Developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to expand our client base.
* Assisting in the end-to-end preparation of professional proposals, formal quotations, service contracts, and detailed project schedules.
* Facilitating clear, professional communication with existing clients and strategic partners to ensure seamless project delivery and high satisfaction rates.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Educational and Professional Background
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success in Marketing and Sales.
* Industry Preference: Previous experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector is highly desirable.
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with international and national standards, such as ISO, IEC, and SNI, will be considered a significant advantage.
Essential Soft Skills and Competencies
* Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in English (verbal, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
* Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities are essential to effectively articulate our value proposition.
