## Current Job Opening: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
We are looking for a vigilant, proactive, and experienced safety professional to oversee our comprehensive workplace safety protocols and environmental management systems at our manufacturing plant.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this critical role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering (Teknik K3) or Environmental Engineering (Teknik Lingkungan).
* Professional Experience: Bring at least 3 years of proven, hands-on experience working in a dedicated SHE role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Mandatory Certifications: Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certificate (AK3 Umum).
* Training & Implementation Knowledge: Have completed formal training regarding the awareness of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3).
* Preferred Expertise: Candidates who possess direct experience establishing and successfully implementing SMK3 frameworks within a workplace environment will be given top priority.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high levels of loyalty, strong personal accountability, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed directly at our manufacturing plant located in Mojokerto.
