1. Mechanical Plumbing Expert
As a Mechanical Plumbing Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all plumbing and mechanical systems align strictly with project specifications and industry best practices.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Possession of a valid Intermediate or Junior Expert Certification (SKA Madya/Muda) issued by an authorized institution (optional).
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working within a supervisory consultancy firm.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor contractor performance on-site.
* Draft comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly supervision reports.
* Collaborate and provide technical guidance to relevant stakeholders to maintain adherence to mechanical plumbing standards.
* Prepare detailed technical analyses and engineering justifications for relevant tasks.
2. Instrument Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated Instrument Engineer to oversee electrical and signaling operations, with a particular emphasis on rigorous quality control and project documentation.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Railway Systems.
* At least 8 years of extensive experience in electrical, electronics, or signaling fields (background in railway systems is strongly preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within a supervisory consulting environment.
* Willingness to be stationed in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Available for immediate onboarding.
* Job Description:
* Inspect and evaluate contractor execution against project blueprints.
* Provide expert recommendations to the Team Leader and multidisciplinary team members.
* Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Formulate robust technical analyses and justifications for project assignments.
* Verify and manage critical project documentation.
3. Team Leader
The Team Leader acts as the cornerstone of our supervisory division, providing strategic direction, fostering seamless communication, and ensuring contractual obligations are flawlessly met.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, guide, and coordinate the supervisory consulting team throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Establish operational guidelines for supervision tasks, encompassing data collection, data processing, and final output presentation.
* Spearhead technical discussions and meetings with the executing contractor.
* Receive directives from the Employer and effectively translate requirements to the internal consulting team.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management or supervisory consulting.
* Possession of a valid Intermediate Competency Certificate (SKK Madya) issued by an authorized official body (optional).
* Proven track record serving successfully in a Team Leader capacity.
* Demonstrates high ethical integrity and readiness for deployment across any region in Indonesia.
4. Asset Management Specialist
This role focuses on optimizing infrastructure lifecycles through meticulous field oversight, data consolidation, and transparent progress reporting.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of targeted experience in asset management or related disciplines.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and monitor on-site operational activities.
* Consolidate and organize raw data gathered from field inspections.
* Develop thorough technical analyses and justifications pertaining to asset management operations.
* Compile structured daily, weekly, and analytical progress reports.
* Deliver professional progress presentations to stakeholders.
5. Site Inspector Electrical
The Site Inspector Electrical ensures that all electrical installations meet rigorous safety standards, operational guidelines, and precise engineering requirements.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Possession of a valid Junior Expert Certification (SKA Muda) issued by an authorized institution (optional).
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and inspect electrical works executed by contractors.
* Collate field surveillance data into organized tracking systems.
* Draft analytical reports and technical justifications regarding electrical components.
