## Current Opening: Electrical Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Technician to support our operations at the refinery site. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our electrical systems and ensuring the seamless continuity of our infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following technical tasks:
* System Maintenance: Execute commissioning, start-ups, inspections, and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment within the refinery area.
* Asset Management: Regularly inspect and test the functionality of motors, panels, MCC units, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and grounding networks.
* Operational Execution: Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in alignment with work orders and established maintenance plans.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Identify electrical faults with speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols, providing clear recommendations to Supervisors and Engineers.
* Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of work performed, equipment status, and diagnostic findings.
* Compliance: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permit to Work requirements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and all HSSE regulations.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and complex technical electrical drawings.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Educational background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
* Technical Skill: Proficient in coupling/uncoupling processes and gearbox operations for electric motors.
* Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using specialized electrical measurement instruments.
* Analytical Ability: Strong capacity to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively and read technical electrical schematics.
* Location: Must reside in Balikpapan or surrounding areas.
* Employment Status: Willing to be engaged as an Outsourced Employee (Tenaga Alih Daya/TAD).
