## Current Career Opportunity: Helper Operation
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our Maintenance function. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and provides a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute to the high-stakes environment of the oil and gas industry.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will play an active role in maintaining site integrity and operational excellence through the following duties:
* Performing detailed analysis and management of contracts and Change Orders.
* Providing expert contractual support and recommendations to management.
* Drafting and managing official correspondence with contractors and external stakeholders.
* Monitoring and reporting on project Change Management activities.
* Ensuring seamless shift handovers and precise operational reporting.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 45 years.
* Educational Background:
* Minimum SMA/SMK in Engineering (with at least 3 years of relevant experience).
* D3/S1 in Engineering (with at least 2 years of relevant experience).
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to read P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of operational parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, level, and gas quality.
* Equipment Familiarity: Hands-on experience with valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, instrumentation, and related technical equipment.
* Software Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on advanced MS Excel usage.
* Work Environment: Ability to work in a shift-based system within an active oil and gas operational setting.
* Location Preference: Candidates residing in Gresik or Pasuruan are highly encouraged to apply.
