* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources.

* Gender: Male.
* Age Limits:
* Maximum 28 years old for the Human Capital position.
* Maximum 25 years old for Operations, Engineering, CPSD, and Plant positions.
* Academic Excellence: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical and Personal Standards: Free from tattoos and body piercings; physically and mentally fit.
* Health Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the third dose (Booster).
* Commitment: Willing to undergo the designated training program and prepared to be stationed at our operational sites in Kalimantan.
