## Engineering Staff Position Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about mechanical design and possesses the technical acumen to contribute to our high-quality manufacturing standards. To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in an engineering capacity.
* Specialized Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks, is highly prioritized.
* Technical Expertise: Candidates with prior experience in the fabrication and design of pressure vessels (bejana tekan) will be given preference.
