This role is designed for those eager to gain hands-on technical experience with high-performance engine systems. You will work alongside industry experts to maintain the rigorous standards that define Rolls-Royce.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Implementation: Learn and strictly adhere to company safety protocols and HSE standards.
* Engine Maintenance: Participate in the complete overhaul process, including the dismantling, cleaning, measuring, and reassembling of engine components.
* Troubleshooting: Acquire deep knowledge of diesel engine systems to diagnose and resolve complex technical failures.
* Operational Safety: Actively monitor the workshop environment and report any safety hazards or unsafe practices to superiors immediately.

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in a related technical field, or a Technical High School background with at least 3 years of practical experience.
