Track 1: Management Trainee (Manufacturing Focus)
This role is ideal for technical professionals who thrive on optimizing operations and driving industrial excellence.
* Conduct comprehensive observation of manufacturing sites to identify and implement improvement projects.
* Perform rigorous data analysis to evaluate the efficacy of operational enhancements.
* Present findings and project outcomes directly to upper management.
* Refine strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights.
* Assist the Manufacturing Manager in evaluating performance and contributing to long-term strategic planning.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution.
* Minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills (demonstrated through organizational involvement).
* Genuine passion for the manufacturing sector.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a high-intensity environment.
* Commitment to a 6-month to 1-year comprehensive leadership training program.
* Flexibility to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia, including Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi.
Track 2: Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing Focus)
We are looking for strategic thinkers who possess the drive to expand our market footprint and optimize branch operations.
* Analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess the success of strategic outreach and operations.
* Develop, present, and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to the executive team.
* Iterate and improve upon strategies based on real-time market data.
* Collaborate with Branch Operation Managers or Area Sales Managers to drive performance evaluations and corporate strategic goals.
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship (all majors are encouraged to apply).
* Minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Proven leadership experience and exceptional analytical capabilities.
* Strong interest in Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
* Excellent adaptability and a proactive approach to learning.
* Must be willing to complete our 6-month to 1-year intensive leadership program.
* Willingness to relocate to any Royal Corporation branch throughout Indonesia.
