## General Requirements
To ensure our team continues to deliver the high-quality service our partners expect, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Positions 1, 2, and 3 require a minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Positions 4 through 9 require a minimum of a High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within an FMCG distribution environment is highly preferred and viewed as a significant advantage.
* Licensing and Transportation:
* Branch Manager: Must hold a valid SIM A driver’s license.
* Sales Supervisor and Salesman: Must own a private vehicle and possess a valid SIM C.
* Driver: Must possess a valid SIM B1.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong leadership capabilities (specifically for management and supervisor roles).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to function effectively within a team.
