1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your role involves:
* Planning: Developing daily inbound and outbound schedules and allocating warehouse capacity, manpower, and equipment.
* Monitoring: Overseeing inbound/outbound execution and coordinating schedule changes with transport and client services.
* Inventory: Tracking stock movement and resolving discrepancies to maintain high accuracy.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in any field, at least 1 year of experience as a warehouse planner, and a strong foundational understanding of logistics and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on the seamless movement of goods through our network. Key responsibilities include:
* Documentation: Validating loading notes, managing route planning, and preparing shipping documents.
* Coordination: Working with transporters and internal security to ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading.
* Tracking: Monitoring the Transport Management System (TMS) and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree, 1+ year of experience in transport logistics, proficiency in TMS, and basic English communication skills.
3. Administration Staff
You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our sales and inventory data. Key duties include:
* Order Management: Converting Purchase Orders to Delivery Orders and managing the sales billing cycle.
* Data Control: Maintaining master data for new customers and managing inventory equipment documentation.
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience in logistics administration, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/WMS systems.
4. Equipment Operator
We require skilled operators to maintain our high standards of safety and efficiency within the warehouse.
* Core Tasks: Executing picking, put-away, and stock-take activities with high precision.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is inspected, safe for use, and properly charged.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), 2+ years of relevant experience, and must possess a valid Class 2 Forklift SIO (certified by TemanK3). Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory.
5. Picker Checker
This role is essential for our daily cargo operations. Responsibilities include:
* Inbound/Outbound: Verifying physical goods against documentation and performing picking tasks using RF Scanners.
* Operations: Supporting loading processes and maintaining safety standards while operating pallet movers.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred, and a valid Class 2 Forklift SIO (certified by TemanK3) is highly advantageous.
