## Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
To ensure we maintain our high standards of operational excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Age: 23 to 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A, B1, or B2) and a current police clearance certificate (SKCK).
* Commitment: Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond and participate in an intensive 2–3 month training program.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for deployment to any of our site locations across Indonesia.
* Health: Must be certified fit for work based on a Medical Check-Up (MCU) report.
