## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for driving market growth, securing new partnerships, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Consulting: Prepare and deliver professional presentations that demonstrate how our cooling systems solve complex engineering challenges.
* Strategic Sales: Generate high-quality leads, manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to final delivery—and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
* Client Relations: Engage with customers and site engineers to assess system requirements and equipment needs.
* Market Expansion: Proactively acquire new business by analyzing competitor offerings and identifying untapped market opportunities.
* Strategic Reporting: Provide management with actionable insights regarding market trends and suggest innovative solutions for product or service improvement.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Communication: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated excellence in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and general computer proficiency.
## 2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and the precision of our installations. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for logistics and project planning, this role offers a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Oversight: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules while maintaining strict adherence to budget and cash flow projections.
* Import Logistics: Manage complex import processes, including documentation handling (BL, PIB, COO), customs clearance, and compliance with local import regulations and Lartas/Post-Border requirements.
* Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials meet project quality standards and delivery deadlines.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on HS codes, FTA, and SKA documentation to ensure seamless international trade operations.
* Installation Support: Ensure that project timelines for materials arrival and on-site installations are met according to company targets.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, or Economics.
