# Call for Applications: Director of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (2025–2030)
PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (Perseroda), a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) specializing in oil, gas, and renewable energy, is officially opening a recruitment process for the position of Director for the 2025–2030 term. This initiative, mandated by the Mayor of Bekasi Decree Number 900.1.13.2/Kep.219-Ek/IV/2025, invites qualified professionals to contribute their leadership and vision to the development of energy resources in the Bekasi region through a rigorous Fit and Proper Test.
## General Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this leadership role, all applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (provide a copy of e-KTP).
* Health: Must be in good physical and mental health, verified by a medical certificate from a government hospital, and possess a drug-free clearance.
* Conduct: Must have a clean criminal record, supported by a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) from the local police department.
* Integrity: Must never have been a board member or commissioner of a company that went bankrupt due to their fault, nor have been dishonorably discharged from any previous employment.
* Age: Must be between 35 and 55 years old at the time of application.
* Legal Status: Must not be currently involved in legal proceedings, have no history of convictions related to state/regional financial crimes, and not be serving any criminal sanctions.
* Exclusivity: If selected, candidates must resign from any concurrent positions in government agencies, other BUMDs, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), or private entities.
* Political Affiliation: Must resign from any political party or candidacy for regional/legislative office upon application.
* Acceptance: Candidates must formally accept the final selection results without the right to contest them.
## Specific Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate must demonstrate both operational and managerial excellence:
* Education: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S-1).
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a legal corporate entity with a proven track record of team leadership.
* Competencies: A deep understanding of corporate management, regional government operations, and the energy sector.
* Availability: Ability to serve in a full-time capacity.
* Conflict of Interest: No familial relation (up to the third degree) with the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, or members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi.
* Strategic Planning: Must submit a vision, mission, and business plan proposal, accompanied by a corresponding presentation.
* Resignation Clause: Internal employees, civil servants, or private-sector staff must be prepared to resign or retire early if appointed to the role.
## Submission Guidelines and Required Documentation
