1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and report on inbound, outbound, and inventory performance metrics.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze operational data to identify trends, prepare stakeholder reports, and create visual presentations using design software like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration; advanced MS Excel skills; fluent in English.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan)
This leadership role oversees the administrative integrity of project sites.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing project-related documentation, coordinating with site representatives, and overseeing HR and procurement support.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative supervision; strong leadership; fluent in English and Indonesian.
3. Admin Project (Bintan)

5. Warehouse Helper
* Core Tasks: Supporting the receiving and dispatch process, organizing stock, and ensuring warehouse areas are maintained for efficiency.
6. Warehouse Checker
* Core Tasks: Verifying the quality and quantity of incoming/outgoing goods, investigating stock discrepancies, and managing accurate shipment documentation.
7. Warehouse Picker (Cibitung, MM2100)
* Core Tasks: Fulfilling orders from the storage shelves, verifying items against lists, and ensuring goods are accurately labeled for shipment.
* Requirements: High School/Vocational background; knowledge of FIFO/FEFO systems; experience with WMS.
8. Forklift Operator (Cibitung, MM2100)
* Core Tasks: Executing inbound and outbound storage tasks while ensuring the safety and maintenance of heavy machinery.
* Requirements: Valid SIO (Forklift Operator License) is mandatory; 2+ years of experience operating Reach Trucks and Counter Balance forklifts.
9. Inventory Admin (Medan)
* Core Tasks: Managing inventory systems (WMS/ERP), performing monthly stock takes, forecasting demand, and ensuring data accuracy between the physical floor and the system.
