1. HRGA Officer
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Experience: 1–3 years in HR/GA or manufacturing administration.
* Key Skills: Proficient in attendance management, BPJS, employee documentation, facility/vendor management, and asset coordination. Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards is essential.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in material or production planning.
* Key Skills: Strong ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
3. Programmer Technician
* Qualifications: Diploma III in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience: At least 1 year in programming; background in PCBA manufacturing is highly preferred.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma holder.
* Experience: 5+ years in purchasing, specifically within electronic manufacturing.
* Key Skills: Expert negotiation skills, ability to analyze market trends, and proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Key Skills: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949 standards.
6. SMT Supervisor
* Qualifications: Diploma III in a relevant technical field.
* Experience: 2 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
* Key Skills: Expert understanding of SMT processes and quality management systems (ISO 9001/14001/13485).
7. Sourcing Specialist
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: 2 years in sourcing or procurement within electronics manufacturing.
* Key Skills: Strong vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiation capabilities. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems is a significant advantage.
8. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma holder.
* Experience: 2 years in the same capacity; experience specifically with wire harness production is highly desired.
