## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Skill Set: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Language Proficiency: A good command of the English language is considered a significant advantage.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of the company’s operating locations.
* Professional Mindset: A genuine passion for manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Extracurricular Engagement: Proven involvement in student organizations, leadership roles, internships, or special projects is highly valued.
