1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our technology division focuses on digital transformation, IoT integration, and aerial surveillance to optimize field operations.
* Drone Team: Responsible for mapping, inspection, and field documentation. Candidates must be skilled in drone maintenance and flight data analysis.
* Web Developer: Focuses on designing secure, aesthetic, and functional websites. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.

## General Qualifications
* Education: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree from relevant fields of study.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Readiness: Must be physically and mentally fit and willing to be stationed at our site in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
