Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, candidates should possess a solid foundation in HR operations. Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or HR Administration is preferred; however, high-potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: You must have a robust understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits management, compensation structures, Indonesian social security (BPJS), and PPh 21 tax regulations.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated familiarity with managing attendance records, overtime calculations, payroll processing, and comprehensive HR reporting.
* Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as is experience working with HRIS or specialized payroll software.
* Personal Attributes: We value individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
* Industry Advantage: Previous experience within the hospitality, tourism, or recreation sectors is considered a significant asset.
