The Production Control department forms the operational heartbeat of TACI, ensuring seamless synchronization between supply chains, material availability, and final product delivery.
Core Responsibilities
* Material and Part Management: Plan, schedule, control, and inspect direct parts and raw materials sourced from suppliers to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
* Production Alignment: Coordinate master production schedules against delivery deadlines, part quantities, and raw material availability.
* Supply Chain Oversight: Monitor and supervise end-to-end supply chain processes to mitigate bottlenecks.
