Spanning approximately 35,000 square meters, this facility serves as the primary production hub for a diverse range of consumer goods, household products, and non-sterile, non-electromedical medical devices.

## 1. Engineering Department
The Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production machinery and environmental systems.
* Educational background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional experience: At least 2 years in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, and instrumentation.
* Environmental expertise: Working knowledge of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations; relevant certifications are a significant advantage.
* Core skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and collaborative team player.
* Tools: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CMMS is preferred.
* Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 2. Production Department
Our Production team drives the manufacturing excellence of our household and personal care brands. We seek leaders who can ensure quality and efficiency on the shop floor.
* Educational background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Production Foreman.
* Industry focus: Prior experience in cosmetics, skincare, household cleaners, or personal care manufacturing is highly prioritized.
* Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with product standardization protocols such as CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH.
* Leadership: Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and team management skills.
* Tools: Experience with SAP software is a strong plus.
* Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 3. HR-GA Department
The Human Resources and General Affairs (HR-GA) team is the backbone of our facility, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and employee well-being.
* Educational background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional experience: At least 3 years as an HRGA Supervisor or HR Generalist in the FMCG industry.
* Administrative expertise: Experience in HRIS implementation and payroll processing is preferred.
* Facility management: Ability to oversee waste management and pest control services.
* Strategic skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in professional reporting.
* Communication: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
