Our operations are headquartered in a sprawling 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta. This expansive workshop allows us to handle both manufacturing and repair services under one roof. To ensure our products meet the most rigorous industry specifications, our facility is equipped with five advanced CNC sealing machines capable of processing parts up to 500 mm, all powered by precision technology from Seal Master – DMH GmbH.

1. Welder
* Qualifications:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
* Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* 3G-6G welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic tube and rod welding.
* Competence in using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Proficiency in using calipers.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
3. Sales Support
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education.
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or general administration.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in drafting professional quotations.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and a fast learner with excellent communication skills.
4. Inspector
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education (Mechanical Engineering).
* At least 2 years of experience, preferably within the pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal industry.
* Proficiency in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
* Skilled in using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Strong background in interpreting technical drawings and familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to schedule and monitor production processes from material procurement to final goods.
* Capable of planning and supervising onsite project execution.
* Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
