We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at the Berau Site in East Kalimantan. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the effective management of our human capital, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities of an HR Officer
The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing a wide range of human resources functions, including:
* Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer and induction.
* Overseeing comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for staff.
* Administering core HR operations, which includes meticulous attendance tracking, maintaining an accurate employee database, and managing all employment contracts.
* Handling complete payroll processing, encompassing salary computations, PPh 21 tax calculations, and diligent management of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan contributions.
