## Position Overview: Management Trainee (MT) – Quality Control
We are currently looking for a driven individual to fill the Management Trainee – Quality Control position. This program is meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders who will oversee, maintain, and elevate our manufacturing excellence from the ground up.
Core Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our production lines consistently meet international benchmarks, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a relevant major.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with prior hands-on experience in the washing machine or broader electronics manufacturing sector will be given priority.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of quality measurement tools, techniques, and industry-standard product inspection methodologies.
* Personal Attributes: High level of personal integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
* Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with a strict requirement of being free from color blindness.
